This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship orders placed with Eluria, a trade name of NORTHPEAKHQ LLC ("Eluria," "we," "us," or "our").

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.

Delivery time

After your order ships, estimated delivery is 4–7 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is typically 5–9 business days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress. If you haven't received tracking information within a few days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Incorrect addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll help look into it.
