Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Eluria. We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, this policy explains how to return or exchange your purchase. Eluria is a trade name of NORTHPEAKHQ LLC ("Eluria," "we," "us," or "our").

Return window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in their original packaging where possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: gift cards, and items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase. For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and earrings may only be returned if unopened and unused, where applicable.

How to start a return

To begin a return or exchange, email us at info@eluriamain.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Start an exchange the same way as a return by emailing info@eluriamain.com. If the item you want is unavailable, we'll issue a refund instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. If a refund is delayed beyond this, contact your payment provider first, then reach out to us.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@eluriamain.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Late or missing items

If you haven't received an expected refund or exchange, please check your bank account and contact your card issuer, as processing times vary. If you still need help, email us and we'll look into it with you.
